Louis brings to Validus extensive knowledge of the investment property business especially in the area of off-plan developments.

Prior to joining Validus, Louis was head of the New Build department at VEF, the largest French property company in the UK and Ireland, where he oversaw off-plan sales, development analysis and developer relations.

He gained his law degree from the University of Birmingham, and studied law in France, gaining the Diplome d’Etudes Juridiques Francaises from the University of Limoges. Louis also regards himself of something of an amateur photographer, and when not in the office he enjoys capturing evocative landscapes.
