Furthermore, many investors are choosing – for sound investment reasons – to buy off-plan properties where completion is a number of months after the property has been purchased.

As one might expect in a new area of property investment, there has been a distinct lack of services for British- and Irish-based investors to re-sell off-plan investment properties in emerging economies where language and other barriers make selling more difficult than in home markets.
